Tonight I cracked open a beautiful wine that comes from a winery that never ceases to delight.
This is a Taylor’s Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, blended from grapes of the Coonawarra and Clare Valley regions.
We had a beautiful Indian Curry Night tonight and the rich, round yet soft and full palate was the perfect accompaniment to the Indian food.
This is a wine that is still as warm and settling on the third glass as it was on the first, and it’s a heart warming, relaxing wine that goes down easily, but with which you can feel the quality in every sip.
It’s label is glowing with the Gold and Silver Medals it’s won. It’s not a bargain basement wine, but it’s a wine that is a great performer if you want a great wine to share with good friends.
I bought mine at Dan Murphys for $AUD 25.99 .
Wine Experience 92/100
Value : 85/100
